💕 If You Received the Wrong or Damaged Item

If your order arrives with the wrong design, print, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

No need to send it back — simply email us at info@shegotjoy.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll take care of it and send a replacement right away.


🌿 If You Ordered the Wrong Size, Color, or Changed Your Mind

Because all our products are made-to-order, each piece is unique and created just for you. For that reason, we’re unable to offer full refunds for size, color, or preference changes.

However, we completely understand that mistakes happen — that’s why we offer a one-time discount on a replacement order. Just reach out to us and we’ll help you get it sorted out with love and care.


📦 Exchange & Replacement Policy

We have a 7-day replacement policy for incorrect or damaged items.
To qualify:

  • Email us within 7 days at info@shegotjoy.com

  • Include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Please allow up to 7 business days for us to review your request and confirm if your exchange or replacement has been approved.


🚚 Wrong Address

If the shipping address provided is considered insufficient by the courier, your order may be returned to our facility. Once we confirm your updated address, you’ll be responsible for the reshipment cost.


🕊️ Cancellations

Because each product is made especially for you, cancellations or changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After that time, your order will already be in production and can’t be canceled.
